Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Payment Terms Payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements have been made. Access to Property: Please ensure someone is available to grant access at the scheduled time. Alternatively, provide access instructions in advance. Special Request and Add -Ons Any additional cleaning requests or changes to the standard service must be communicated during booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within [24/48] hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
