How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do you wash windows?
Yes, we do wash windows for an additional cost (inside only).
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
No, there will not be a fee. If cancelled less than 24hrs a $20 deposit will be required. Deposit will go toward services as long as appointment is reschedule within 30 days.
Do you have to do a quote?
No, but we prefer to provide you with this free service. In order to make sure that all of your cleaning needs are met we like to meet with our customers to get a checklist of every area.
Do you provide same day cleaning?

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
Checks (returned check fee of $35)
All services require a $25 non-refundable deposit that must be paid at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be used toward services received.
If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a $10 non-refundable deposit will be needed to reschedule service This fee will go towards service.
If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem.
If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the service , we will correct the problem at no charge.
If we do not receive notice of a problem within 24 hours of cleaning we will not be able to correct the problem for you nor will you be compensated.
